The LCFCC currently meets monthly, except July and August, on second Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Carolina BBQ on South College just before Oleander. If you would like to eat come at 6:00, the meeting starts promptly at 7:00. Visitors are always welcome. Visitors are always welcome.
Meetings feature numismatic programs involving aspects of collecting, dealing, travel, literature or history. We welcome speakers from the membership, academia, and other organizations.

The majority of business is considered by a Board of Directors, which meets separately. Most monthly meeting time is devoted to the programs and other timely topics, such as special ordering of U.S. Mint products or of numismatic books and materials; discussion of issues, proposals or concerns relating to the club's operation or the hobby in general; and upcoming shows and other events.
An August picnic outing and a December dinner meeting currently replace the regular meetings.
